Use of this site
By accessing ldamarketing.com you agree to use the site for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of it.
Services
Specific services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement between LDA Marketing Holdings LLC and the client. Nothing on this site constitutes a contract for services.
Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling policy
Consultations are confirmed only after secure payment has been completed through Stripe. If payment is declined, canceled, or never completed, no appointment is created or held.
Rescheduling. You may reschedule once at no cost using the link in your confirmation email, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellation. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable, as the time and preparation have already been reserved.
Refunds. Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place. If a scheduling conflict arises on our side, you will be offered the first available time or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Missed appointments. If you are unable to attend and no notice is given, the appointment is considered complete and the fee is non-refundable.

All content on this site, including text, design, logos, and graphics, is the property of LDA Marketing Holdings LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
